Your doctor should have told you what to expect since I believe you have to take a buffet of pills for the HIV so you don't get sick and they prolong your life. Go to your doctor or the public health department. Since you already know that you have these diseases then you should have been counseled at that time about treatment options. no, there aren't any cures. But, there are other things out there like movies to watch, board and card games you can play for a while just to occupy your mind. Take your medication though. What a sad way to earn two points. It's actually very unlikely that a male will contract HIV from a female unless he had any nicks or cuts on his penis that would allow for it to enter the body and blood stream.
