HIV will destroy you financially!

HIV AIDS needs to be addressed if you don't take medicine you will get sick, as it destroys your immune system (the system that fights diseases in your body) so you get constantly sick even a little cold can be very serious.

The other two stds well it all depends on what they are you might be able to cure them with just one pill.

(PS you can't fix HIV/AIDS once you have it, it is for life so tell your partners)

I'm a nurse. Depends on where you go for treatment. I would call around and ask for their prices. It's a good idea to check out the std centers first, their fee is usually cheaper. Also doctor offices have sliding scale fees, check those out. Ask around until you get the cheapest price you are willing to pay. Depending on where you are they have free clinics as well. HIV/AIDS is a very expensive disease to treat/manage. A good antiviral cocktail can sometimes cost over $1000 a month. This doesn't include frequent clinic visits, hospital bills for when you are sick, etc.

As for the other STD's, it really depends on what you have. Chlamydia/gonorrhea can be very inexpensive to treat. A 7 day dose of antibiotics usually takes care of it. If the STD is something like genital herpes or warts, they can be more expensive and incurable. Herpes requires life long medications to keep flareups at bay. Warts need to be removed by freezing and they usually come back.
