Sub: N.R.H.M:- Health for all-sub plane population-rowthulapudi mandal, shankavaram mandals-east Godavari district, Andhra Pradesh-India-mobile medical services-request regarding.

Our NGO organization-holy family voluntary organization.
Established at rowthulapudi village, rowthulapudi mandal, eastgodavari district, Andhra Pradesh, 533446.with main goals of propagating health education, hygiene and sanitation, age at marriage, awareness of HIV/AIDS, and referring HIV/AIDS patients to nearest care & treatment centers.
We enrooted the following villages of rowthulapudi mandal along with medical&health department people 鈥?Jaldam, D.paidipala, Mukuluru, Ampada, satyavaram,kotturu,Raghavapatnam,Mathiyy... shankavaram mandal villages ,pedamallapuram,D.mallapuram,Velangi,yer... puram,to promotes. Health for all found that population is suffering with nutrinal problems anemia鈥檚, malaria,T.B.,HIV/AIDS etc.And most of the antenatal preferring domestic deliveries due to lack of transport facilities

the above habitations are unaxicible to routine visitors and also previling
Socio-economical and cultural conditions and deep poverty they badly need of mobile medical services and also emergency transport facilities.

The above sankhavaram mandal and routhulapudi mandas geographically exist between nh5 road between kattipudi village and thetagunta village
The population of the mandals are approximately 1, 20,000鈥攖o 1, 30,000 ANCs
Are 250 are registering per month and 300 pulmonary tuberculosis to be taken
Management but only 65鈥?0 cases are taking management under RNTCP
During AASHA phase -2 programs 100 PLWHAS were notied and approximately 20 were died during 2006-2007 due to lack of care and ART

Management. Our organization adopted 12 PLWHAS and providing 10KGS
Rice to wife &husbands even though we have no assistance from government
And also arranging minor treatment facilities PLWHAs And also paling to deploy 120 village health voluntaries per every 1000 Population per 1 and 10 supervisors to monitor the volunteers to gear up active Surveillance in above mandals to provide HEALTH FOR ALL by ANCs registration, identifying tb cases , HIV /AIDS to fulfill the goals of NRHM Program and alsoweareparticipating in all state and central government health programs including NRHM, RCH, diseases control programs iimuniasation programs, FW programs and participating in important health days such as
WORLD AIDS DAY, WORLD POPULATION DAY, WORLD TB DAY
etc
in the view of the above all you are requsted to provide / funding/ mobile medical unit -2, ambulances-2, macroscopic centre, care and treatment
facilties centre, drop 鈥搃n- centre facilities, to our organization promote HEALTH FOR ALL to subplan population
