How long i will live with hIv/aids without treatments?

It all depends how healthy your body is. Do you do drugs, drink to much? Do you eat well, exercise, get plenty of rest?
Also did you have a genotype to see what drug resistance you have? Even if you're not taking medication you would have picked up the resistance of the person or persons that infect you.

People can be infected 10-12 year with HIV and if they were never tested they wouldn't know they had it.

There are no magical formula to give you an exact answer.
I recently met a man who was HIV+ for 23 years and NEVER took any medication at all.

it all depends on your treatment and exposure to pathenogens. If you follow the medication regiment strictly, this will prolong HIV from developing into AIDS. look at magic Johnson. he has had HIV for a very long time. i think he announced he has HIV like 10+ years ago. You also need to try to keep clean and stay away from germs as well as you can because your immune system is weaker.
