I don't know what you are asking.... If a dentist or dental hygienist has HIV, what treatments can they get to not spread the disease at work? Or if a patient has HIV how can the dentist/team not get it from the patient?

The best treatment is PREVENTION.
HIV patients need to keep their oral health maintained with regular check-ups and daily care. The risk of an infection from dental disease is a big concern in a person with a compromised immune system.
