in which medical branch will give the treatment for hiv and std.

I can imagine how much tension you must be going through right now!

There is no way of knowing if you have been exposed to HIV right now. It takes about 3 months for the virus to show up in test results. So even if you take an HIV test now, it would not show up. However three months from now, you can go take a test - there are Voluntary Testing Centres in many govt hospitals, even in smaller cities and towns, not just the big metros, the HIV test is free and also confidential. You can try googling for "voluntary testing centre HIV India" and will probably get a list of addresses. It's just a simple blood test, and it is worth taking just to free yourself from the inner fear and worry. But remember, do it only after 3 months from suspected exposure to HIV.

As far as other STDs, signs of these may show up earlier - like painful urination or the flow coming out in two directions, or blisters/sores around the genital area. But again, as you said you washed yourself with water and so I would think that maybe you are worrying a little too much.

There is also a toll free helpline - I think the number is the same across India, it is 1097 and is a free helpline for any queries about HIV. Give them a call and you may set your mind at ease.

Good luck.

dont worry you didn't get any disease

i highly doubt you caught any std's but if you're that worried then get tested..you'll be fine ..you probably have nothing.

What is the deal? Didn't you like any of the answers that you received when you asked this questions the other four times you asked it? Stop repeating the same question over and over!

dude, take it easy first, things won't be so as u think. the break of a condom is quite common. according to a statistics on positivesingles.com, that the break of condom is safe. but to be serious, i guess you 'd better go to a dr. and have some relative tests!
