Your question is too general for this community. there is no cure for HIV, and if you are having severe side effects you need to talk to the prescribing doctor about those. there's no cure for HIV, all you can do is take medication to help, but in the long run, there's no cure. Theres no cure, however there is an HIV cocktail of about 30 pills you have to take each day. Each have their own horrible side effects.
