What are the rights of people with HIV/AIDS?

When disclosing your Aids status?

Discrimination at the work place?

Treatment?

HIV positive children at school?

thanks

They have the same rights as anyone else with a chronic disease.

They don't have to disclose their status. "Reasonable accomodations" must be made for them in school or the workplace.

Treatment depends on their insurance.

Theyre rights include:

*discrimination
*Name reporting
*mandatory testing
*privacy
*fear of disclosure

and many more. These are all that I remember. Hope I get the ten points though!

They have all the same rights that you do!..Why wouldn't they?...Yes, its true a lot of ppl get HIV/AIDS from drug use and maybe even unprotected sex...but a lot of ppl get it from really crappy circumstances....
They are ppl just like we are and shouldn't be treated any different....Just be careful around their bodily fluids...
