HIV/AIDS community centers in South America.?

Hey everyone, I have a serious question I need help with.

I'm HIV positive, fairly recently diagnosed unfortunately and I am on a cock-tail.

My question is I want to go abroad to study and live awhile, specifically to S. America, Brazil in particular.

What I need to know is how do I locate the HIV/AIDS treatment/community centers in that country, its very important because I cant go unless I am able to get meds from them as it would be too risky to try to have them sent from here.

I speak Spanish and a little Portuguese so its not a problem if the websites for these centers are in those languages.

I cant seem to find any links to websites online and I'm hoping someone can push me in the right direction....

ALSO, very important, I would like to know, if any one can help me with this, how do I go about getting my meds in countries like Brazil, do I have to be a Brazilian citizen or can I just buy them as I need them?

Thats all, and links and or numbers would be greatly appreciated

By the way, does anyone know which countries in S.America even have such a treatment center?..How can I find out which ones have one?.....Thanx a million guys...

Is Avonah mentally ill, out of her mind, or is she really idiot enough to think that in a South American medicines to AIDS would not be distributed because of "cultural prejudice" (WTF)? Coming from an American I'm not surprised...

My friend, I really don't know but can't you find those medicines in a common drugstore? The government of Brazil broke the rights of AIDS medicines, so they're less expensive here than they would be.

Uh, there are many countries that have extremely limited access to these types of centers, and some countries don't have them alot due to social/cultural prejudice. I would try for country that you know you can get meds in.
