Can an hiv possitive person live with the desease on treatment in a relationship and dont infect the other?

It is possible as long as you use protection and stay away from the persons bodily fluids. Don't kiss when there are sores in the mouth.

Well, they would greatly reduce the chance of infection if they didn't have sex- not sure how else it could transmit, but I wouldn't want to be the first to find out.
