Unfortunatly science has yet to discover a cure to either disease. Chemothearopy is the best for cancers. And as fo HIV any cure now merely slows the rate of the virus, it does not heal, and once it turns into full blow aids, it just slows down the damage, but does not stop it.

There is NEVER 100% guarantees for any type medical treatments. This would result in endless lawsuits since all medical treatments have some risk of failure.

There is no "garanty" but take the time to read the information on my page.
