As a Oriental Medicine practitioner and having some experience in dealing with people with the HIV virus, there isn't a single formula or herb or pill that will help rid the HIV virus. First, the patient needs to be examined by the practitioner and then the practitioner determines which symptoms need to be treated (depending on the which stage the HIV virus has infected the person). Most of the practitoners will treat mostly the side effects of the disease or the western medication the person is on. While the bad news is that there is no cure for HIV , the good news is that a lot of the Chinese medications out there can help a patient prolong his life. |
