if you are HIV positive and the girl gives you an oral. is it possible for her to acquire the virus? It is not impossible, but unlikely she will get HIV from oral sex. The semen would have a fairly high count of the HIV virus and any opening in the mouth's skin could be an entry into her blood system. People often point out that an "open" sore would be dangerous and that of course, is true. However often people don't think they have any open sores in their mouth if they can't feel one or haven't bitten the inside or stuff like that. But the cuts can be very small- the virus is smaller! For instance, how often you you brush your teeth with even a soft brush and see a bit of blood. You have open sores in your mouth. Oral sex carries a very low risk of contracting HIV. The risk is only theoretical risk. There has been no reported cases of HIV transmitted by oral sex. The risk is something around 1 to 10000. The risk increases when you ejaculate in the mouth and you have open sores in the mouth but how much it is increased? I do not know and I think it is not known. uhm i think it might, sorry if im wrong, but since HIV is an STD which is transfered through sexual contact it is possible for some one to get it through that. Swallowing has nothing to do with. The risk is very low that HIV was transmitted, possible but not likely. If she has any open sores in her mouth, then yes, she is at risk. If she has open cuts or sores in her mouth, she is at risk. I think it is if she Swallows, or has an open cut on her lips/mouth.
