Your take on the V5 Vampire Virus?

Hi, I know a little (a lot) about the Vampire V5 Virus, and was wondering what your take was. My personal belief, from research and intuition, is that the virus is closely related to the common flu and AIDS. Obviously not all parents with HIV/AIDS pass it on to their children; same for the V5. This virus changes the DNA, much like HIV does. The virus can be fought off if the person's immune system is strong enough. The V5 virus passes from vampire to person in saliva, blood, and to a lesser degree semen. Therefore, it is totally possible to "turn" a human being to a vampire.
As part of the DNA mutation, vampires are stronger, have better senses, and run faster. Their senses are so much more sensitive, however, that their skin blisters easily and their eyes burn in sunlight. They therefore, of course, prefer to stay away from the sun. The bloodthirst is a biological need, as in the body actually needs it. The immortality is just because the body physically ages a year for every few years the human would otherwise age. Vampires will eventually die no matter what. Another part of the DNA mutation is that the body will heal quicker and the organs will heal themselves (hence the whole dodging bullets thing).
So.....anyone have their own theories?

some cultures have been consuming animal blood as food consumption for centuries, Eskimos and Europeans etc, dont make them vampires!!

plus ppl with mental issues, offen have greater strength and speed etc (more of the power of the mind then anything else!!)

honestly ghost and spirits are easier to accept then this. BUT i dont disagree with what u funny ppl refer to as psi-vamps tho, the type that can drain energy (which r normal ppl anyway).

Energy draining has been around centuries before talks about Vampires!! high level in Yoga and Chi-Gung can show a person how to manipulate and Energy draining, although some ppl are more gifted in this aspect of training.

Fake. Urban legend. Not real. The virus, that is. Lots of people spout lengthy explanations, but it is fiction. Even Vampire sites debunk this virus idea (sites I would respect).

No, no, no, no no. The idea that vampirism is a virus has been around the block for decades, and has not one shred of evidence to back it up. A comparative study was done with Sanguinarian vampires on their usual routine blood tests, on a voluntary basis, and found no such commonality.

It's possible, but incredibly unlikely. The changes that would be necessary for a human's physiology to change that much would show in any sort of routine physical or probably even to the blind eye.
