can i get infected with the HIV virus?.i did it out of pressure from my friends,have a girl i love so much.feel so guilty!!have sleepless nights.am stressed cos of that.my gal loves and trusts me so much and i love her too much.can i be infected by thrusting for three seconds?help me!

If you have a small cut, even a very tiny one, and she does too, you could get infected. However many STD's take awhile to come out, so it's best to clear your mind, and get it over with.

Yes you can be infected in three seconds. Your best bet, for your own peace of mind (and your GF's health) is to go directly to a doctor and tell him your problem. He will test you for STD and hopefully give you a clean bill of health or at worst treat you for the disease. If, god forbid, you caught aids it's something you have to live with the rest of your life.
