How do guys get HIV? Does the vaginal fluid have to enter the hole from where you pee?

I dont undertsand how guys get HIV cos I thaught that the virus would have to go into your body so if vaginal fluid touched the tip of your penis then the virus would enter your body through the opening of you penis. However someone told me that if vaginal fluid from an infected person touches any part of your penis then you can get it. If fluids have to mix to get hiv then a man ejecualates into the woman so he hasnt got the mixed fluids in him? Can someone give me a lot of information on this?

Viruses are not like other pathogens. Bacteria can live on inanimate surfaces, like a door knob, for weeks. The HIV virus can live only seconds outside the body.

The chain of infection involves, among other things, a host (the person with HIV), a mode of transmission (semen, blood, saliva, etc.), and a portal of entry (mouth, eyes, broken skin, or other "hole"). The vagina has fluids that contain the HIV virus. When the penis enters the vagina (or the rectum, or the mouth), the virus can get into the meatus (the hole at the tip of the penis), or possibly through the skin of the penis.

Fluids do NOT have to MIX. All you need is infected fluid to enter the body.
