i did drink my own sperm, and i dun have HIV virus but i m afraid that i ll have HIV. please help !!!!!

You can absolutely can not contract HIV from drinking your own sperm. You can only contract HIV by exchanging bodily fluids (via shared needles, intercourse, etc) with someone who has HIV in the first place. Whoever told you otherwise is pulling your leg.
