It's hard to say for sure, because it's hard to count the number of viruses in a sample, infection can be due to cells in the blood or other fluid that contain HIV viruses, and we can't experiment upon people to find out what the minimum effective dose is. However, I think it's pretty safe to say that if a single HIV virus entered your body, your odds of being infected are practically nonexistant. Unfortunately exposures result in higher doses than this!
