If one hiv virus enters your body only does it mean you will develop aids?or maybe ur body can kill it? |
If 200 viruses of hiv enter your body can your body kill any of it? It's hard to say for sure, because it's hard to count the number of viruses in a sample, infection can be due to cells in the blood or other fluid that contain HIV viruses, and we can't experiment upon people to find out what the minimum effective dose is. However, I think it's pretty safe to say that if a single HIV virus entered your body, your odds of being infected are practically nonexistant. Unfortunately exposures result in higher doses than this! It depends. What part of your body did it enter? If it was your mouth, the chances are minimal. If it was the vagina or anus there risk just went up very high. |
