Questions about Attachment of HIV to CD4 Cell?

I am doing report about HIV and little confused about the two questions.

1) HIV attacks microphange or CD4 cell, which are white blood cells. However, I've learned from the school that these white blodd cells can kill virus. (Specially, microphage.) Then, How can HIV kill white blood cells without being digested or destroyed?

2) When antigen of virus is attached to receptors of cell, antibodies are produced to neturalize the virus. Then, how come antibodies don't work on HIV?

good questions

1) white blood cells do try to kill it and kill a lot of the viruses. The virus just replicates so fast, mutates, and can "hide".
HIV is a retrovirus (meaning its an RNA virus that can make DNA that is then implanted into the DNA of the host cells).

2)
-HIV-1 infects lymphocytes with the CD4 marker. CD4 lymphocytes are involved in cell-mediated immunity and their depletion also impairs B-cell activation. --> AIDS
(B-cells are what make the antibodies)
-Besides screwing up B-cell function, HIV mutates a lot so it makes it harder for antibodies to work on different strains of HIV.
