Can Past live vaccine's contain the HIV virus?

Vaccines made from the blood of someone who had the Virus
made into the Vaccine.

Some are made from the live Virus in
the blood
While others are sythetically made

Live viruses are not grown in human blood. They are grown in tissue cultures or live animal tissue. The influenza virus is grown in eggs.

HIV is very difficult to grow and requires a source of cells with the viral receptors that allow for penetration and replication of the virus in such cells. The advances in research pre-AIDS allowed for the recognition and propagation of retroviruses in culture which in turn allowed for the first ELISA test to be devised.

The scenario you stated pertained to hepatitis viruses in which humans were the only host and thus blood was purified and hepatitis B virus vaccine was developed. The virus was a killed virus (viruses) and not live. People cite high rate of hepatitis B infections in homosexual men in San Francisco during the 1980's as the source for such vaccines. The serum was treated with inactivators.

Depending on the cell culture and virus type there will always be that possible viral contamination. Some cell lines were thought to have been contaminated originally derived from their animal sources.

EDIT
The only cells in the blood are white cells. There are no vaccines against viruses that infect white cells. HIV, EBV, CMV etc have no vaccines. Blood is not the cell culture media. Not enough cells in there for high viral load to be generated. I don't really know what you are getting at. Viruses infect specific tissues based on the viral receptor for that specific cell. They all involve cell culture techniques not involving blood.
