Would there be no AIDS/HIV among humans if being gay did not exist? |
This is just a general question please do not get upset... It sucks after so long that there is nothing they can find to eliminate the virus like being able to give a vaccination. homo's screw up everything! No, there are plenty of heterosexual men and women who have the virus to pass it around. Straight women are the second group of people who are the most likely to contract the virus (with straight men being the third and gay women being the last). Since it is so easy for a man to pass the virus off to a women eliminating all gay men would do no good. You would still have a bunch of straight women out there with the virus... Yes a gay man spread the disease to America, but if it wasn't him, it would have been someone else, gay or straight. Gays are not the ones who started the disease, it did not just suddenly appear because the same genders were having sex together. The thing is that is was spread on a wider scale due to homosexuality, but they didn't start it. i dont think we will ever really know if a gay person gave aids to millions of people, it could just be an extremely homophobic rumor, you never really know anything about stuff like this. maybe the government created it to control the population you need to understand the History of the disease. I was first found in animals and transferred over to humans. i think there wud not be HIV/AIDS if there were'nt any gay ppl.... I would refer you to Julius Caesar's Commentarii de Bello Gallico, it is easy to find in the library and may be under The Conquest of Gaul in English. Caesar documents Gaulic men as having sex with men and women but prefering young boys. Phaedrus by Plato also contains homosexual references and Alexander the Great was referenced to have a catamite. Homosexuality has been in existence since the beginning of Western civilization almost 4000 years ago however AIDS has only been in existence for roughly 30 years. HIV is most easily transmitted by blood, unfortunately anal sex is more likely to involve blood than vaginal sex therefore gay men who engage in that practice are more likely to acquire the illness. Being gay has nothing to do with acquiring AIDS and straight men who engage in anal sex with female partners are just as likely to contract HIV through sex as a gay male. As for African Americans it can be attributed to two unfortunate factors of social demographics, African Americans are more likely to engage in drug use which is at high risk for the transmission of AIDS. Also African Americans are the highest demographic to be incarcerated in the United States and it is an unfortunate shortcoming of the Justice System that prisons are the sights of most male rape cases. And lastly a African American is more likely to become sexually involved with someone from Africa if that person prefers black partners. Actually, if you'd read The Coming Plague: Newly Emerging Diseases in a World out of Control by Laurie Garrett you would know the very first case of AIDS was way back in the 1950's and was in a HETEROSEXUAL Greek fisherman. It simply wasn't recognized medically as something for everyone to worry about until the 1980's and was especially prevalent in the black and homosexual communities. Since it was given the name "GRID" (gay related immuno deficiency) at first the association between gays and AIDS has stuck, even though they have much lower rates of infection than the minority communities in the US. |
