Yes, she can be infected. If there is exchange of bodily fluid-including pre-***, there can be an exchange of the virus. I've seen a lot of people say it shouldn't be an issue unless there are cuts in the mouth etc-every time you brush your teeth, you create tiny cuts in your gums where bacteria and other viruses can enter. Basically any sexual contact has the potential of spreading any STD.

No there is zero risk from oral sex.
As all the people say there can be, ask them to find you one legit case of oral transmission of HIV there are none.
