Does HIV virus transfer if we drink blood contaminated with HIV virus?

what if the blood is out in atmosphere for a while and if we drink it.. do we get infected???

Yes...if it's still in liquid, or semi liquid for it's possible to get hiv from it. Hiv dies quickly in dried blood so that's not a huge deal but I doubt you are talking about that. Maybe you could just dye some syrup red and pretend?

Unless you have a cut or open sore anywhere in your mouth to your stomach - you should be okay. However the fact that you are drinking blood makes me think otherwise...

Not usually, unless you have an open sore or open inflammation in your mouth, gums or esophagus.

Passage/transferring of contaminated blood is one of the most common factors leading to HIV

Confusedchelly has it right there, I love that answer =)

yes. you very much do.
why are you drinking blood?
