My friends boyfriend[husband now] gave her the HIV virus, which he had in the army,she found out he lied.?

when my girlfriend found out [by accident] he said she gave it to him. she went on to marry this guy. There relationship was built on a bunch of lies and Iasked her why did she marry him said she had to forgive him because the bible says so. so true, since they have been married he has left her three or four times.. months at a time and she always takes him back. She only says in her condition who wants her so shes a sucker for punishment. My question is can this guy be charged with murder? He knowingly and willingly infected her.

I believe your friend would have a legal case against her husband with regard to purpose infection of HIV. However, your friend doesn't sound like she is ready to be rid of this person from her life. She has to do some soul searching, make some decisions prior to getting on with a law suit, and she sounds no where never ready for that.

Talk to a lawyer. But there was a case a while ago where sum guy with AID's slept around with a bunch of girls at a college or something and infected most of them. He got charged with murder

i have heard of it on the news. it can be considered murder if he knowingly, willingly infected her. but i'm not sure of what degree of murder it is considered.

I don't think he can be charged with murder because she has not yet died, but she needs ti wise up and leave him. I am sure he could be charged with something but most judges would probably say she should have been more informed about who she slept with so she probably wouldn't win the case. The bible may say to forgive but she needs to leave him. God will forgive her if she repents.

lyfe is precious and yours maybe in danger even though he is your husband the point is that he lied you need to go to the police and report this if he was in the army with aids he knew and god knows how many more woman he has affected before you be safe and pray and email me personally to let me know whats up from time to time. dont give up and always trust god because threw him all this are possible and who knows you might be ok. love ya dont know ya but wish you well.

YES SHE COULD CHARGE THIS GUY,BECAUSE HE KNEW WHAT HE HAD AND WHAT HE WAS DOING TALK TO A LAWYER I HEARD OF A CASE THE GUY WAS ACCUSED OF MURDER.
