Can hiv infected person pass hiv virus to non infected person in all cases.?

If precum (hiv infected) is on penis and instered into anus, but only once (penis goes in and out of anus) what is the likehood of getting infected.
Let's say that one year after the above incidient, you notice a couple of small brown dotes on hand, a couple of spider (red dots) on arm and burning sensation (cold feelings in hand and feet also) in feet and hand that has lasted for over a month. Does this mean that due to above incidient a year ago that the person is infected with hiv.
Please help
Thanks

As stated above, any exchange of bodily fluids increases the liklihood of trasnmitting HIV. However, the symptoms you describe could be symptomatic of another STD (Sexually Transmitted Disease).

I have attached some websites where you can search for more information. But, if you have the symptoms you mentioned, or are just concerned, please go to your physician or a public health clinic immediately.

Call the CDC at 1-800-AID-AIDS. They can answer the majority of your questions anonymously , or refer you to someplace that can. Be safe and good luck!

very high ! any exchange of bodily fluids can infect aperson with HIV. although they say there is little risk with saliva.

100% possible
