Why was the HIV virus created in USA Laboratories and then taken to other countries to infect so many people?

I believe the HIV virus was created in the US labatories, then the virus was injected into so many unbeknown people. Then the government has the nerve to say ..."this virus is from Africans and Gays..." Do they think we are crazy. Don't you know that the government knew what they were doing when they CREATED the VIRUS? Now, this germ is so wide-spread that even our government can not come up with a cure? Did you know that it was an experiment for genocide? They want you to think that Africans are the blame for this virus? What are your thoughts. {Note, I am not infected... this is only an observance}.

Kudos to those who have no idea how this virus began. Let me suggest that you search: HIV and scroll down to CDC Surveillance Reports and look at the charts indicating the large number of whites that have been infected. Presumably they all went over to Africa and had sex with an Africans. Right? Wrong!!! The government created this virus and you refuse to believe this. You should do your research before pointing your arrows at me. I gave me opinion and that is what this forum is for. Then, I asked a question, which you still have failed to answer.

Yet another chorus of conspiracy from the peanut gallery. Why don't you do some research on retroviruses missy? We do not have a cure for any viruses, let alone retroviruses. So what makes you think the government would hold back the cure for a virus such as the common cold, which would be incredibly profitable. Might I suggest you get your head out of butt and spend your time doing something important instead making up fantasies to make yourself seem much more important and intelligent then you are.

I personally think your crazy for one. And, secondly people give other people AIDS/HIV by not telling their partner at the time, and spread it around. I personally think, if your going to blame us in the U.S. for that, you better come up with something other than your imaginary opinions that are all fiction and none of it fact. We did no such thing. People have also gotten it through blood transfusions, what you stated above is your opinion, just that your opinion.

I would like to seriously back this. I believe the government is extremly oblivious to everything. Also gay people cannot transmit HIV unless they have a cut inside of their mouth and or rectum. Sorry for being gross but I just had a debate on gay marriage.

yes i wrote an essay about this in my critical thinking class (college). i have researched this topic and i think the government did release AIDS, i would go so far as to say this is probable. whether they did it "accidentally" or on purpose is the more gray area, but my main theory is that they did it purposefully, and that it first came to american citizens through a hepatitis vaccine that was given only to gay men. i could go on and on about this, but yeah, i agree with you, and i don't know WHY they did it, but my best guess is that some evil faction in the government was trying to erradicate people who they felt were "lesser" people, such as africans, african-americans, homosexuals, drug users, the poor and "promiscuous", etc. its really sad and harsh, and i don't think its a coincidence that we STILL don't have a cure or vaccine or anything to help get rid of this tragic disease!

The aids virus came from monkey's. The first documented case of aids in the USA was from a male homosexual flight attendent from another country. Get off the race trip. No one blames Africans. A monkey could have bitten a person and gave them the virus.

You need some education, and your 15 minutes of fame seeking on the internet is over. Get on with life.

aids came from some african ******* a monkey and then ******* everything else he came in contact with. aids is too slow to be an effective biological weapon. if it was designed as a biological weapon it would kill in days like the ebola virus or something to that effect aids takes years to destroy the body's immune system then an infected person can die of a common cold. so there is no way that the government(even as screwed up as they are) made the virus as a biological weapon.
