The HIV virus? |
How long does the HIV virus survive outside of the body? As in.... if someone is exposed to blood infected with the virus but that has been outside of the body for some time, can they still be infected? I wasn't exposed, I'm just curious. Nope. Even in a controlled lab they had problems: I would say yes. Best thing would be to go and have yourself checked "just in case". I hope I am wrong. It won't last more than 12 hours.. |
