I was wondering fda or cdc CDC is my vote, but its just an educated guess as they are the Center of Disease control. The FDA gets their info from the CDC though, so who knows. I would say the CDC. However, this window was not something that someone came up with overnight. I'm sure it took years of research to determine the window and this is not set in stone. There can be many variations of how long a person can go before HIV can be detected. |
