Is HIV deadly. where can it live? what does it live off of?

does it like warm? is it deadly? does it live off of the host in cells?

HIV is deadly. It's a parasite that slowly wrecks the host's immune system making him vulnerable, frail and prone to all diseases in addition to one brought by the HIV itself. It's a virus with no known cure.
