I'm bisexual and/or gay, and really want to have sex, but how? +Nervous about STDs?

I'm 18 and I have not come out to anyone, I live in a suburban area away from city life, and I'm just so unbelievably curious about gay sex. I really have no idea who the heck I would hook up with to experiment. I'm not in college or anything, I just am stuck at home and have no idea what I would do. How did you guys have your first encounters?

And what about diseases? I was reading that like 65% of gay guys without HIV have HPV and that 90% of gay guys with HIV have HPV and it just scares me

Any advice for someone who really just wants to have sex or maybe even a serious relationship but is closeted?

Also, I always have fantasies about amazing Hercules-like hunky teachers and other guys but would never act on them because chances are they are all straight, but it doesn't matter anymore, I'm out of school. I just really want to know if I'm gay or not, and frankly gay sex would be the ultimate way to tell.

Well you're gay and there's nothing you can do about it, accept it and be happy. You need to realize that HPV is just as high w/ heterosexuals both male and female, and gay people are not the highest percentage of contracting HIV, right now its African American women. Just be safe and always use a condom. Stop manifesting the risk of catching a disease too, just be smart and you'll be fine. I've never caught anything and I've been sexually active since you're age and I'm 26. Go to some clubs or find some gay local community groups.

This is actually really ironic, i first had sex when i was 19, i thought that i was invincible, and nothing would hurt me, i went from guy to guy, no protection, but last august i finally settled down and have been with my guy for almost a year, and we've only been with each other, but still no protection, and hell i still thought a was young and invincible, until i went for my first HIV test, i was ready to end it all, thank god i came back negative, both of us did, but to be on the safe side we both agreed to use protection, so best advice, use protection and if you don't feel comfortable doing it, don't you have to be ready to take that leap and the possible consequences that come with it. protection, protection, protection, get to know the person before your in bed with them. trust me i had huge self esteem issues when i was younger and as soon as a guy smiled at me i would be naked and on my back because i thought that would make them like me, i was really wrong
