Who is in denial about human rights in Cuba?

Or that they were part of the Kruschev plot to orchestrate a nuclear sneak attack on the USA in 1962? My question asking if anyone remembers why we have a hostile US policy towards Cuba was removed as someone felt it violated yahoo policies. So the truncheon has replaced conversation here? Or does someone take issue with my saying that sending dissidents to mental institutions for brainwashing or lobotomies is wrong? Or that I believe rounding up anyone with HIV and sending them to leper type colonies to live, is wrong? Is this what someone wants our society to be like? Or children being shipped off to indoctrination cmaps for that matter, to be turned into good little communists? Why do people risks their lives at sea to flee to the USA? No one ever forced anyone to stay in this country against their will, at least not yet.

I'll tell you the true reason that we've had hostile policies, Castro nationalized American companies. That's about it, that's what started it all.

Also, while I don't envy the political situation in Cuba and do agree it's bad, most of the refugees are fleeing from a devastated economy, not so much the political part.
