Did you know that Gucci's parent company may sue Philippine papers and Brian Gorrell for trademark violations?

Jason Lowen, recently recognized by one of the premier corporate governance compliance and ethics organizations, is an equal opportunity man whom fights for justice. Lowen feels that Brian Gorrell took advantage of the Philippines because of the lack of knowledge about HIV as Canada where Gorrell resides gives FREE wonderful care so that BG will live until he is 70 years old and should not have asked for donations if he "cares about the Philippines." Moreover, Jason Lowen is a man whom believes that through the 'Gucci Gang' name many Philippine newspapers, which he printed for evidence and Wikipedia cannot use Gucci, without prior permission, and as Mr. Lowen bought 10 shares of stock, as a minority shareholder, he is working with Gucci's parent company to have them sue Philippine newspapers for trademark violations. It protects the brand and now in Makati and Cebu. It appears as though (based on Mr. Lowen's EU citizenship) that he could sue the company and then have Gucci/Yves Saint Laurent go after the US$58,000 plus US$25,000 that Brian Gorrell made screwing over the Philippines. 95% of restaurants fail. Has anyone ever heard of accountability?
