Can people like this , live a long fulfilling life?

A teen lets say who is (16) Never becomes aware that he /she is HIV pos . Do you see that person living to be 70 years old.... Or are they most likely to fall ill and die before the age of 35 ?

if a person has HIV the have 15 years MAX of life or less if the do not take any medicine.

and if the are a kid and their immune system is not fully developed the can die anywhere from 2 to 6 years.

either way, HIV is preventable, just use condoms,

If the person has tested and knows they are HIV+ they should be in medical care. If just diagnosed and they follow the doctors instructions they should be fine. They should live a normal life expectancy for the longevity of the family.
