Living styles of gay couples - How to stay healthy?

Just wondering, if gay couple is going to sleep together in the bed, maybe sleep hugging together, is there a chance that both of them having wet dream together and while both of them just wearing boxers, will they in any chances infected with HIV?
What if both of them kissing passionately and both of them ejaculated under their pants and they still hugging passionately, will they in any chances infected with HIV?

What if both of them take turn for oral sex without condom, is it safe? does swallowing another HIV free man's semen is safe?

What are the precaution should a gay couple take? How can they enjoy a healthy safe sex.

Thank you

Just wondering if both of the couple dont have HIV initially, where did the HIV come from? If let say one person (HIV free)'s semen come into contact with another one' blood (HIV free), where did the HIV comes from?

Thanks

Um, that's alot of questions..lol:

First, HIV can be contracted through breast milk/vaginal fluid and/or semen with blood contact and/or blood/blood contact.
Now it is said that HIV cannot live when exposed to air, but since HIV is found in matters such as blood, semen, vaginal fluids then it depends on environment such as temperature or exposure to air flows...etc etc.

It is not safe to perform oral with someone who has HIV without a condom; there could be cuts in your gums/mouth that you are unaware of. And that goes for him as well when he performs oral, you do not know if he has cut gums or sores in his mouth. You both should wear condoms when performing oral/anal sex with each other.

You can both have a healthy and enjoyable sex life so long as you are both cautious of each others' bodies. There are all sorts of flavorable oral condoms out on the market, go out and see what fits the both of you sexually. Oh, and do not brush your teeth before sex, wait 3 hours after brushing for any cuts or abrasions occurred while brushing to heal.

Well if theyre sleeping and have undies or something like that the other one shouldn't get infected with anything because the semen would have to be in contact with the other one's membranes D:

If the one with HIV gets blown by the one with no HIV, the one without HIV will probably get infected if he swallows... he might get it even if he doesn't swallow.

Precautions..? Well, always use a rubber C: and make sure no blood is exchanged like if the one with HIV is bleeding make sure you don't let the blood be in contact with your membranes, or wounds or anything.

First let me say that two men that are HIV- and 100% monogamous are not going to give each other HIV.

HIV is transmitted from an infected person through semen, blood, breast milk, and vagina secretions.

The way to be safe and remain safe is through frequent HIV testing, and always using a condom for any sexual contact whether anal or oral. As well as communicating with your sexual partners about safer sex. Of course the more you know your partners and limiting the number of partners you have will also decrease your risk factor.

I would say it's pretty unlikely that you could contract HIV simply from sleeping in the same bed with another man.

L

Step 1: Don't have any sexual encounters with an HIV positive man.

That's all there is to it.
