In AZ can your landlord serve you 60 day notice he will not be renewing your lease??? |
When asked why he says no reason nothing good nothing bad just decided not to. I lived here a year and he knew I was going to be long term. My work is very close and I don't want to move and have done nothing wrong. Do I fight this and how? He also will not rent to people with kids because he is HIV and kids carry more germs now I know this is illegal. He broadcasts everybody's business personal and otherwise.Should I contact the owner who lives out of state? please I can really use some good advise. Despite his idiosyncrasies the landlord has the right to terminate a lease in any state of the union for no cause. However since all landlords and tenants are governed by the landlord tenant laws of each state I thought that if I provide you with those laws for Arizona from our research department so you could see what the government says. If your lease is up in 60 days and the landlord wants to terminate the lease, there is nothing you can do about it. the landlord has every right not renew the lease, and their is nothing you can do about it, It's his/her house. If they don't wish to renew the lease...you have to move. Why do so many people feel entitled to things? You can't fight this. |
