I am conservative by nature with liberal ideas--can this be a new political ideology?

I am not republican nor democrat. I am independent. My nature is conservative, but I have liberal ideas.

These are the things I support:

I am for low taxes

Pro Choice (this means I am for the choice of the individual--no goverment or crazy people telling others how to live their lives...but I am for political autonomy --special laws in certain areas authorized--neighborhoods, such as christian enclaves)
Abortion is A, ok ;) unless its an orthodox community

I am pro life..I am not pro death. (this means exactly what it means)

Prostitution? Allowed. Gets rid of the prostitutes off the streets...away from schools leaving drug paraphanelia, etc,... Gets these women away from the deplorable conditions they are in...being hurt by pimps and instead placed in proper facilities that are clean, where they can be tested for HIV and treated (has the advantage of preventing the spread of the deasease) and can allow them to carry out their work. Heavily taxed, monopoly of goverment.

drugs? Allowed. Marijuana tested for levels of THC and regulated to make sure it is pure. Cocaine administered as well but controlled and only given to individuals in the same way as prescriped pills (weekly)...if individual is found to be dependent...(going about ways to gain more than weekly)...prescription terminated! addict! you degenerate fool! Heavily taxed obvcourse, regulated and controlled..monopoly of goverment. 18 is drug age, but not enforced. Parental suppervision advised.

Drinking age? Abolished friend! anybody above 15-16 is allowed...if individual below this age desires to drink...he/she must pass proficiency test....the precocious little bugger!

Driving age? same as before...with more of a biase to proficiency and good grades...kids with a history may be subject to prohibition from vehicle control until 21..then they can kill themselves.

immigration? NO AMNESTY

No, actually your to be applauded. I to am Fiscally conservative and a Social Moderate. I can't be called a Social Liberal, because I believe we should all work for what we get. Otherwise it's just a new name for Government dependant Socialism.

Well, that sort of pragmatic idealism is kind of gaining popularity now. So called Progressives caucus gained numbers within Democratic party during the last Nov election. And lot of people do admit conservatism have gotten off track in recent with corruptions, neo-con ideology...etc.

You should read the book Look Homeward, America by Bill Kauffman. There are more parties emergeing like the conservative cristian anarchy party. The book is very interesting and a riot to read compared to most dry politic babble

Welcome to reality.

No one embraces any ideology or dogma to the point that they're perfectly democrat of republican.

I vote for what matters to me. And I don't need leadership.

I demand better of my politicians and other public servants.
