Is dog's saliva capable of damaging human's reproductive system or infecting aids to humans?

im a 23 years old boy. when i was 14 i used to give my penis to the dog to lick. i think it may ve happened due to lack of knowledge about sex life at that moment. the dog was a injected one for rabies. i used to do that bad thing for about a year. but not very frequently. but now im a good well behaved boy since it happened.
but the real problem is my mind says , you may be infected by aids or it may trouble to me when im going to have a children , just because of that bad incident. i ve already checked my blood after 8 years and it says im HIV negative.
but im afrad to have a sex with my girl friend since i feel im uncapable of having childrens , because of that thing.
those days i felt burning feeling from my penis but its for a few days and so far no problem occured. i didnt go for doctors since im shy. so please answer me to get rid this and to live happilly . thank you

Well, since the test said your HIV negative, it obviously didn't make you sick. I really don't see how it could've damaged your reproductive ability, but if you're really worried you should see a doctor. You don't have to tell him why you're worried, just that you wanna make sure everything's ok.

No. you should be safe. I don't think there are any known transmissions from family pets. You are fine. Have a normal life. Dogs don't carry AIDS.

You don't have HIV and if your reproductive system is impaired that has nothing to do with what you made your dog do to you. I don't understand why you'd hestitate to have sex if you feel you can't reproduce. Are you TRYING to get her pregnant??! That's not the only reason to have sex.

You're afraid to have sex with your girlfriend and it's not because you're shy, yet you won't see a doctor because you ARE shy. Grow up, see a doctor and get it over with. You might have a urinary tract infection.

I have to agree with TweetyBird, the burning sensation could be a UTI and needs to be checked out by a doctor. (I probably wouldn't mention the dog.)
