hey guys i have a question. Different countries get different treatment. If you are already in the process of getting your change of status having already been approved by the Dept of Justice or now a days the Dept. of Homeland Security to apply for the "green" card, on average from start to finish it takes 1 year. Different countries, different immigration/visa requirements.....go to Firstgov.gov and check with the Immigration and Naturalization Dept. |
