Can I sue the barber for not changing the razor's blade? & Do I have a possibility of contracted any disease?

I am living in Singapore. I just got a haircut 2 days ago. But this time, the barber had already used the razor to trim the hair in front of my ear once before I had a chance to remind him to change the razor's blade to a new one! I then screamed at him and asked him why he did not change the blade.

My question:
1. There is no fissure, no blood and no after-shaving-like pain-feeling, but I just think whether it is still possible that there was any tiny blood capillaries that was being cut even though no after-shaving-like pain-feeling involved?
2. Could this be a possible way for me to be contracted by any disease (e.g. Hepatitis A/B/C, HIV, etc)?
3. If so, what are the possible diseases and what (and when) should I do?
4. Can I sue the barber?

Thanks!

Regards,
Will

The razor had been used to the previous customer before me.
Moreover, in the next day, as I was still curious, I went there again and observed from the outside and I noticed that the barber also did not cahnge the razor's blade before using it to the customer.

I have tried to look at Ministry of Health website but could not find link specific to report this matter. What I found that I think is the most match is Health Promotion Board, but when I contacted Health Promotion Board, I was refered to National Environment Agency. I then posted this matter to National Environment Agency.

I read in the Web that "new blade for each customer" is a law in some countries. I am not sure about here in Singapore..

In the US you can sue for virtually anything, dont know about singapore. you can probabyl report it to some health agency and get him fined

I'm not too sure about about the laws in Singapore. In the US I would advised someone to contact the county health department and in the states most barber shops are have to follow code thats regulated by each state.

As far as disease...I'm not sure about contracting HIV from dirty razors, but hepatitis would be a concern as well as contracting sometype of fungal infections like ringworm. If you were to contract something of that affect...definetly try to sue and also see about getting the guys license taken away. And don't go back!!
