we are the counsellors and lab technicians working in this project since may 2000 and deployed in diffrent hospitals and medical resarch centres.

even after working 7 and a half years we get monthly salary of Rs.7500 and our qualification for the post was and is post graduate in psychology or social work with relevant experience in the field of hiv/aids.

this is less than what the sweeper who mop our floor daily draws.

please help us we all are in great financial difficulties, we are living such broked life since past 7 and a half years.

atleast now pity on us, please........

please do not suggest to leave the job, after investing 7 and a half years, whole peak of caree and life, hearing this is the coldest thing to hear.

You might consider forming a Union and threaten to strike.

governments should not give full page advertisements about their achievements... with photos of politicians / minister... at the expense of the hard earned money of the people...

money should be paid to the employees and pensioners... rather than spending on such publicity stunts...

u should stop bothering governments and start working on ur own
when any one consents to work for Govt it is with implicit understanding that he will leave at the earliest opportunity. Wise persons treat govt job as training institute and not more, like education institute meant for education only and not for life long employment .
