AM I CRAZY? someone help PLEASE!?

ok, I need some help from you guys
I am 16 years old and I attend a high school in Utah as a sophomore at the moment. I am living in some form of psychotic hell right now. I constantly think that things will give me HIV, like since thanks giving i have eaten at about 4 fast food restaurants and fear that someone has put blood or semen in my hamburger or something and it passes HIV somehow. This same thing applies to any other eating establishment at the moment. I think that I am very vulnerable to HIV and can get it really easily just by dumb stuff and I have never had SEX or taken DRUGS. That is not all, I constantly think that people like my mom's house keeper has been trying to poison my water supply and food/drinks and bathing products. This whole paranoia thing has kept me from using my water and i dont brush my teeth or drink our water or anything. The not brushing my teeth thing kind of results by not wanting to use my water and the fear of cutting my gums and being prone toHIV

This must be so scary for you.

I don't want to make you more paranoid. But what you're describing sounds like the symptoms of schizophrenia.
Schizophrenia is difficult to diagnose, though; a professional must do that. However, there are other things that could be causing this:

"It is important to rule out other illnesses, as sometimes people suffer severe mental symptoms or even psychosis due to undetected underlying medical conditions. For this reason, a medical history should be taken and a physical examination and laboratory tests should be done to rule out other possible causes of the symptoms before concluding that a person has schizophrenia. In addition, since commonly abused drugs may cause symptoms resembling schizophrenia, blood or urine samples from the person can be tested at hospitals or physicians鈥?offices for the presence of these drugs.

At times, it is difficult to tell one mental disorder from another. For instance, some people with symptoms of schizophrenia exhibit prolonged extremes of elated or depressed mood, and it is important to determine whether such a patient has schizophrenia or actually has a manic-depressive (or bipolar) disorder or major depressive disorder. Persons whose symptoms cannot be clearly categorized are sometimes diagnosed as having a 鈥渟chizoaffective disorder.鈥?/div>
