yes, all of the mentioned.

Number 2 is pretty scary. Man can do anything at anytime to anyone.

4: People.

Number One. It will lead to the extinction of all life on the planet. It is a global problem.
Numbers Two, and Three can be over come by the simple expedient of throwing money into education, training, research and development projects. These two are more along the lines of localized problems.
Number Four could be anything from Religious intolerance to Gender Issues. A little too vague to nail down.
