I just met this guy that has potental, he asks me to ask him questions...What should I ask him? Serious Only!?

I am not high class but he is kind of, he is smarter than I am also. I am so scared of him being another ...F888up! So I want to have good questions to ask him...I've already covered some of the basics like (hiv, job/living status, what are you looking for, hobbies types stuff)but what else?

Me and my wife played this game too, when we were dating. We both really got a lot out of it. Here is what we did, One would answer a question and also ask one question each day. That gave us each time to think of our answer.

We had questions like "What is your favorite memory of your dad?", "Who do you miss from your childhood?", "What do you think happens after we die?", and "Where would you rather be, the beach or the forest?"

Ask him who his favorite author is and why. Get him to reccommend some books he thinks you might enjoy reading. Music is a fairly safe subject also. Go to a local concert together? Food is universal, maybe you can invite him over to cook for him sometime.

Ask him what you guys would do on your 1st date.
What does he see himself doing in 5 years.
Is he ready to settle down?
What does he expect to come out of the relationship?
Has he been hurt before.
What is he most afraid of?

Ask him why his last relationship failed. Then after he tells you all the things the other guy (I'm assuming you guys are gay) did, then ask him what his part was that caused it to fail. People are really quick to talk about the good things and tell you what the other person did - but they aren't so quick to say "well it ended because I cheated, I didn't listen, I took him for granted, I was self absorbed in my own career". Those are the things you need to also know. To see if he's man enough to share his faults as well as his fortunes.

What is he looking for in a mate? How does he feel about family and friends? Ask him what irritates him. His political views.. if you have any of your own. Past relationships.. just basic info.. dont' look for details.

well, you need to have general knowledge, but you can try deeper aspects..
such as art, i do not mean pop music..
I mean painting, literature, ballet.. this looks very good when a person knows it..
then, there is psychology..
anywa, what you need to do is to surprise him..

Ask him:

What do you think about organized religion? Do you think that God needs a building, a specific place to be honored? Or, do you think that God exists everywhere?

Do you believe in reincarnation? Can one person achieve the perfection necessary to get to heaven in one life?

What makes you a complete person?

What do like most about yourself? What are your strong characteristics?

What do you think you need to improve?

What do you dream about?

What do you hope to accomplish in life? Get a lot of money? Help a lot of people?

What person has influenced you most in life?

Those are some good questions. Answer them yourself before you talk to him and you'll have a deep, fulfilling conversation. Read a lot. Learn a lot. The questions will come easy to you.
