I need some serious advice?

My Brother has been living with HIV for the past 15 years and he has been dating this one girl for about three months and of course I asked him if he told her of his situation and he said of course he did. Now the situation goes like this the other day i was having a conversation with the girl and I was telling her that I was going to the fertility clinic to try and get pregnant and mind you she has a child already, but she said she can't get pregnant again so she wanted to go to the clinic to see what's going on, so I said to her, your not trying to get pregnant by my brother right? and she said of course why not! It frightened me to my the core. I did not say anything to her but after I hung up with her I call him and asked him did he tell her and once again he said of course YES!! Now I don't believe him at all but what should I do because I believe he Is messing with this woman life. So what should I do? Please I need only serious advice.

if hes telling the truth and he did tell her then you should be able to say somthing

also you can still have healty children while living with HIV, the virus is transmitted through breast milk so you dont breastfeed and there is also antiretrovirals available
