Is there any other way I can help HIV/AIDS suffer's without donating money?

I want to help on a personal level, how do i go about doing this? I live in the uk.

Do you have Meals on Wheels for homebound AIDS patients? You could volunteer to deliver meals, visit, etc.

Lots of ways. Answer phones for a hot line. Visit invalids at home or in hospital. Start contacting local charities, and they will be so happy to direct your helpful impulses. God bless you!
