Am i infected to HIV ?????// plz help !!! im scared !? |
ok i made out with a girl at a party about 3-4 weeks ago...i live in Vancouver , Canada and it's been really cold recently...then 3-4 days later i got cold like sweating and chill and a bit pain in my throat...so i went to bed that night and the day after i only had pain in my throat so i saw a doctor and he said it's nothing important ill give penicillin...i ate half of them and i got good but the doctor said u have to finish all of them...since then the pain in throat comes and goes like i drink something hot and then it's gone or i take a pill... now the pain is back and i started thinking about aids...could that be a sign ? i mean it was only kissing...im 19...thanks ! It sounds like strep throat or tonsilitis to me. I wouldn't worry. Your bad throat just has bad timing and that's why you're panicking. HIV has to involve forms of genital and/or anal sexual contact in order for it to infect you. However, it's good hygeine to sneak strong mouthwash after kissing. haha you cant get aids from just kissing You cannot contract Aids through kissing. While there are viruses present in the saliva, they are of insufficient numbers to infect you. And the girl you were kissing would have to have HIV in order to pass it along to you. You probably have the flu - it is almost impossible to catch HIV from kissing unless there was a lot of blood in her mouth exchanged to yours ... talk more with your doctor to alleviate your concerns if you don't believe me...HIV is transmitted through intercouse primarily with an infected partner... nothing is impossible but the likelihood is next to zero... don't worry and talk to your doctor - he'll allay your concerns...P.S. You're young - you'll likely have lots of girlfriends in the future. Don't worry so much. Use a condom if you're worried for intercourse protection in the future so you won't be upset about that until you're ready to settle down with one girl... Happy dating and the worst you can get from kissing a regular girl is a cold sore or mono - you'll live.. you'll be fine... this question is proof as to why we need more sexual education in schools! u cannot get HIV from kissing.. HIV is NOT tansmitted by saliva so you shouldn't worry. It can, however, be tansmitted by blood. Therefore, both you and that girl had to have an open cut on your lip or inside your mouth. no it not aid you have to drink like 200 gallons of salivate to get hiv that way aids comes after you could though get mononucleosis from kiss but then\ you would be tired all the time you would not exhibit symptoms of HIV that quickly you are just being paranoid...most likely it is just severe genital herpes to throat. |
