Living with psoriasis?

my forehead is really bad i dont have hiv or a weakend immune system soo how do i GET rid of it its annoying as HECK! please help me

im sorry but it is a chronic integumentary disease

a very easy question to answer for u all u do is to change ur diet . its all about what u are eating and putting into ur body that make this disease acts up at times for u . do u a full body detox on ur system. and when u have done that start eating only raw veggies and friuts and lots and lots of water.and stay clear of and form of sugar . and disease loves to eat off sugar and it makes it worst and worst for u. and eat u r food bake and steamed and take u some fishoil capules and or flax seed oil it works well wit h ecmza and ur disease and make sure ur mg are good enough to work with ur diesaes. i

10020 (Level 6) There isn't a cure for psoriasis but there is different treatments available.First see a dermatologist and let him/her check you out.Ask about what would be the best treatment for you.Some of the medicines that work are (creams) Timovate or Cutiavate.Both of these are steroid based creams.Also available is Methotrexate (pill).This is easy to take.Usually you will only take one pill a week but that may very depending on how severe your psoriasis is.The best treatment I have found is Enbrel (injection).This is the way to go.I took two shots a week for three months and then only one shot a week from then on.This stuff works great.The only problem is it's very expensive unless you have good insurance.None of these treatments will get rid of the problem but they will clear your skin really well.
