I told my Boyfriend senses the beguining I am HIV poz. Now we are not together anymore, he is telling everyone.
I get emails and txts of people telling me they know about my status.
I start to live a hell life cause that.
What am I suppose to do about... what are my rights. who I am suppose to ask for help?

Please help me, I do have enough problems in my life and I dont think it is fair what he and his friends are doing to me.

I would be telling not asking your ex to cease spreading gossip or u will seek damages via Lawyer.

It sounds like they are asking out of concern. If you don't want to deal with them then just politely tell them it's a private matter and you are uncomfortable discussing it. Maybe this will be enough for them to leave you alone.

Unfortunately, there is nothing you can do about it legally. Best advice is to address it directly when it comes up and hope that puts it to rest.

There isn't alot you can do about it now that he's spread the word. But saying that you could get him for slander, keep the e-mails as proof and go to a solicitor..Good Luck to you.

You really have a bunch of insensitive loosers for friends. You did the right thing and he had no right to violate your privacy. To send you messages about it as well. It infuriates me.
I can only say to look into support groups or just a good friend can also help. If they are unsupportive dump them and change your email and number and forget about them. We should not waste our time on this kind of stupidity in our lives.

If you couldn't trust him to keep his mouth shut, or you didn't know him well enough to know that he would do this WHAT IN THE HELL WERE YOU DOING SLEEPING WITH HIM/DATING HIM?? sorry...its unfair of him to be telling everyone...might even be against the law(some people consider it slander and defemation of character), but how long did you know this person before you told him this??

I'm glad you were open and honest with your boyfriend from the beginning and hope you will continue to do so in future relationships. Your condition is nobody elses business, other than you, your doctor (and caregiver, if any) and people who are likely to come in contact with your bodily fluids. Your ex-boyfriend is out of line on this, but I don't know what you can do about it. Contact a lawyer.

Contact Citizens Advice (it's free) who will advise whether there is anything legally you can do about it. They will get bored eventually however in the meantime you could change your number (SIM cards are only 拢5.00) and your e-mail address. If this is the kind of immature, disrespectful behaviour your ex portrays you're well shot of him. Keep your chin up!

Find a way to give it to him, if he's heartless enough to do that, you should be cruel enough to ruin his life. He thinks he is untouchable right now, prove him wrong, then laught at him and tell all his friends.
