Why do some parents live as private beings from parents, dont tell dangers of life, hiv, sex before maturity

Do you mean "as private beings from children"? If so, I think it's simply a matter of they think they are protecting thier children from those sorts of things by never making them aware of them. Ignorance is bliss right? If they truly understood how knowledge is really power, that knowledge of those things could better enable their kids to deal with those sorts of things, they would probably talk about them.

I think it's human nature to avoid being uncomfortable. A lot of parents are made uncomfortable by these conversations.

I believe that it's told a bit later so they can understand it more. Plus I feel these days children can't really be children anymore.
