Are you HIV/AIDS positive? If so it would depend on how far it has progressed. There is NO cure for this at this time. And, the last I heard (I have a family member that is AIDS positive and active) there is no medicine on the market that can successfully control this to extend life. AIDS destroys the body's natural immune system. It, of itself, is not deadly, but with no immune system, any disease out there weakens the body. Eventually some minor thing like the flu comes along and kills the person.

If someone is selling life extending drugs for AIDS, it is, in all likelyhood, a farce.
